2. What data we collect

On this site we only collect data you send us yourselves:

  • via the contact form: full name, email, phone (optional) and message content
  • technical data needed to protect the form (Google reCAPTCHA), processed by Google under its own policies

We do not use analytics, marketing pixels or first-party cookies. We do not store data in the browser (e.g. localStorage).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact-form data is used only to reply to your enquiry and for related follow-up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in business communication, and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

4. Recipients and third parties

We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related cooperation, and no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability. Email info@mkitsmart.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

7. Cookies

MKIT Smart does not set its own cookies on this site. On the contact page, Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies or similar technologies controlled by Google.
